Our Instructors & Staff Members
Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.
Through extensive testing, certification and tournament level competition, our staff has attained mastery in this martial art and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to their students.

Robert Traina (Grand Master/ Head Instructor)
Grand Master Robert Traina has been active in the Martial Arts since he was 14 years old giving him over 29 years of Martial Arts experience. G.Master Traina holds the rank of Master in the Korean Arts; 7th Dan in ITF TaeKwonDo,(Master Traina has now earned the title 7th Dan in June 2013 with Grand Master Bai Founder of Pan American Federation Han Moo Kwan), 5th Dan in Hapkido, and a Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (The way of the sword).Certifications are under Grand Master Bai (Pan Am Tae Kwon Do),Grand Master In Sun Seo (World Ki-Do), Grand Master Jeong Ho Kim (World Haidong Gumdo).Master Traina has been inducted into The World Wide Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2002 as Instructor of the year, and both The World Wide Martial Arts Hall of Fame and Action Martial Arts Magazine's Hall of Fame in 2003 for Master Instructor and School Owner of the Year.
Catherine Traina (Office Director, 2nd Degree Hapkido, 1st Degree Gumdo, Program Director)
Catherine Traina is Co owner with Master Traina. Catherine teaches Hapkido and Haidong Gumdo.Catherine offers Private Self Defense courses. Catherine is Certified as a Hapkido Instructor and in Haidong Gumdo.

Robert Bailey (Assitant Instructor Hapkido)
Mr. Bailey has been studying Hapkido for over 3 years and is assisting with class and help students reach their goals.
Vincent Traina (Assistant Instructor in training)
Mr. Traina helps teach junior classes. He is also the instructor for Bo and Chuck patterns.
